What a weekend!!! The sun shone, air display, spectators poured in, I've never seen so many at Snetterton before. I really enjoyed it, it's events like the weekend that remind you why you go to all the trouble and expense to get yourself there.

Agree with you Bob really great weekend. As the trucks were the headline event, the audience were not the usual motor race enthusiasts and it was like working in a gold fish bowl. I recon I had 20 watching a ratio change. Many had never seen a single seat racing car and kids sitting in the car for photos all added to the event.

However. Is this your car. Yes, do you drive it? Yes. So you race it then! Yes. Clearly in need of a make over as I don't fit the perception of a racing driver. I declined to say you should see some of the others!!.

Happy days. Colin.

Ha ha, that must be why no-one asked me for my autograph Colin. We need the blond rinse like Mr Hamilton has, grey just doesn't cut the mustard.

I enjoyed the Saturday race, until I couldn't move the gear lever. When I removed the rear casing I found a broken split pin jammed in the selectors. First and last time I reuse a split pin

Oh! what a stupid thing to have happened, really annoying, but damage could well have been worse if it had got in with the gears.................you're right about the re-using of split pins!!
